Pricing and Delivery for Customers in the USA and Other Parts of the World Our displayed prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%. This sales tax is not applicable on sales outside the EU and will be deducted from orders to the USA, Canada and the rest of the world during checkout. Divide our displayed price by 1.175 to get the price you will pay.

You should also check if your order will be subject to any import charges, as we cannot do this before dispatching your order.
Shipping
Shipping charges are based on size and weight. When you place your order an estimated shipping charge of £45 is added automatically to your order. We will then contact you with the actual cost of sending the goods to enable you to agree (or not) to the delivery charge before we send them and before your card is debited. We use Parcelforce for these deliveries, and due to the large quantity of goods we send abroad, we have been able to negotiate special prices. As a rough guide typical delivery costs to North America are:

Delivery takes about 5 - 10 working days. Please mark deliveries as 'UNCHECKED' when you sign for them in case there has been damage in transit.
Items such as kitchen knives are relatively inexpensive to send and large savings can be made on the prices charged in North America. Denby is one of the most popular items we send but it is quite heavy and requires a considerable amount of packaging. However, it is a lot less expensive on our website to start with which usually makes it well worth while. As an example, a 20 piece set costing £150 would cost about £37.50 to deliver. Dunoon mugs are also very popular items and sample delivery prices are: 1 set of 3 mugs - about £25. Electrical goods in Europe are 220V - 240V and therefore are normally not suitable for North America.

The Parcelforce Courier Service requires a signature so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery - you will be notified by email once your goods are dispatched. Upon receipt of goods please endorse the Parcelforce delivery note with both your signature and the time of delivery. Undelivered parcels must be reported to us within 7 working days. If you find that your goods have been damaged in transit, or part of your shipment is missing, please tell us immediately upon receipt of goods quoting your order number (telephone 01877 332703). We will either refund the original amount paid or send a replacement - whichever the customer prefers.
